When will my purchase be shipped?
A good rule of thumb is, buy before noon (CST), ALMOST always, the package will be shipped that same day.  Products will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday.  If you order on the weekend, orders will be shipped the following Monday.

What company do you use for shipping.
We use two, typically.  UPS and USPS.

What is your return policy?
Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  Product must be unopened.  Buyer pays return shipping.

How do I return a product?
